Eligibility for Returns:

• We accept returns within two days of the delivery date.

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached

 

Return Process:

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team (saharasoulcreations@gmail.com) for a Return Authorization (RA) number within two days of the delivery date.

• Pack the item securely, including all original packaging and tags.

• Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.

• Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.

 

Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Refund Process:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10-15 business days (this does not include weekends or holidays).

Exchanges:

• Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. You may return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Exceptions:

• "Final Sale" items are not eligible for return or exchange.

• International purchases are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Returns that do not meet our policy guidelines may be subject to a restocking fee or refusal.

"Final Sale" Items:

• All items marked as "Final Sale" are non-returnable and non-refundable. Once purchased, these items cannot be exchanged or refunded for any reason, including but not limited to sizing issues, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with the product.

• Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions about a Final Sale item, please contact our customer service team before placing your order.

International Purchases:

• For all international purchases, regardless of the item type, no returns or exchanges are allowed due to logistical constraints and international shipping regulations. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.

• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7-10 business days of receiving payment.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.

• We currently ship to addresses within the United States, France, and Spain.

• For international orders, please note that customs duties and taxes may apply upon delivery, and are the responsibility of the customer.

• You can track the status of your order by entering the provided tracking number on the carrier's website.

Delivery Times:

• Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination.

Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses:

• It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information at the time of checkout.

• We are not responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Signature Requirement:

• Some orders may require a signature upon delivery for security purposes.

• If you are unable to be present for delivery, we recommend providing special delivery instructions or arranging for someone to accept the package on your behalf.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been successfully delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer.

• Please ensure that someone is available to receive the package or provide a secure delivery location.
